All I have to say about Egoscue is OMG!!!! I have been doing the exercises every day, and I have already noticed a difference in my leg posture. In addition, I did a leg work out at the gym...without my brace and felt no pain. I did my Egoscue exercise before I went, and I was very conscious of my leg alignment. I also hit balls at the driving range Saturday and went on a hike yesterday – all braceless! I did start to feel a little bit of soreness at the end of my hike yesterday, but nothing like the pain that I was experiencing before and it is gone today. I have also been off of the Aleve this whole week. -
